 Acid Zap is one of
many products from GuRoux Brands, owned by chef, inventor, author and media
personality, Bill Aftoora. Bill is credited with over two hundred recipes and
innovative techniques during his lifetime passion with the food service
industry. His primary goal was to share his innovative techniques with the
growing number of consumers demanding all natural, preservative free food
products as part of an overall wellness program. GuRoux Brands Company was born
from this passion and continues to be on the culinary edge of today’s sophisticated consumer.
Another important
goal for Bill Aftoora was to find a way to reduce the acidic content in sauces
